Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
● All reservation cancellations must be notified in writing to the Aress Tourism Congress Project Manager.
● If notified by July 31, 2025, 50% of the package fee will be refunded.
● No refunds will be made for cancellations notified from August 1, 2025, onwards.
